Ten years of IAYPAA. Primordial ooze is where life begins: the formless place every one of us started from, and the new life that comes up out of it when you don't have to do it alone. A weekend by and for young people in recovery, with anyone who wants to show up welcome at the door.
For young people who want to stay sober, and anyone willing to stand beside them.
IAYPAA is Iowa Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous. Since 2016 we’ve gathered once a year for a weekend of speaker meetings, workshops, and fellowship, organized by young people in AA, open to anyone with a desire to stop drinking. No age requirement, no cover charge for being new, no judgment if it’s your first time in the room. More about IAYPAA →
Support the conference
IAYPAA X is self-supporting through our own contributions. Every dollar goes straight back into the weekend, keeps registration low, and funds the scholarships that make sure no one is turned away for lack of funds.
